- Mike's Mothah (My Junior and Senior Films)
- I made a lot of films in school, but Junior and Senior year were when I really started to find my voice. In "Not Your Mom," I took inspiration from my own family and introduced the world to Mike and his overprotective "Mothah." It's a weirdly-paced film with some rushed animation, but it was well-received and led to its sequel, my award-winning senior thesis, "Shrinkage," which my mom still thinks inspired Pixar's Inside Out. I'm so happy I got to finally bring these characters back in 2018 for "Class of 84."
